Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the United Kingdom, appointed by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). It is illegal for anyone to carry out gas work who is not on the Gas Safe Register.
Every Gas Safe registered engineer carries an ID card showing their unique licence number, the types of gas work they are qualified to carry out, and the expiry date of their registration. You should always ask to see this card before allowing any gas work to begin in your home.

The Online Boiler Company is a registered Gas Safe business. All engineers carry valid Gas Safe ID cards and are qualified to work on domestic gas appliances.
Never use an unregistered gas engineer
Using an unregistered gas engineer is illegal and dangerous. Carbon monoxide leaks from poorly installed or repaired boilers cause deaths every year in the UK. Always check Gas Safe before any gas work begins.
We are an approved installer for every brand we sell. This means our engineers have completed factory-approved training and your manufacturer warranty is fully honoured.
Accredited Worcester Bosch installer. Their boilers come with a 5 year warranty when installed by an approved engineer.
Approved Ideal installer. Their Exclusive range includes a 5 year warranty when fitted by a registered Ideal engineer.
Vokera Approved Installer. The Easi-Heat Plus carries a 5 year warranty — our best-value boiler, from £1,299 installed.
Navien accredited installer. Their NCB500 series carries a 10 year warranty — the longest available on any boiler we fit.
